Actor Jo In Sung directly responded to the buzz surrounding his new 'look'.
Earlier this week, the actor made several public appearances, including during the '13th Beautiful Artist Awards' on October 24 and at an online press conference for the variety show 'Unexpected Business 3' on October 26. During both of these events, the actor garnered attention for his dramatic transformation with a full mustache and beard combination.
In response, the actor's fans were quick to leave various comments about his mustache and beard on his Instagram, especially in one post featuring Jo In Sung's latest selca. Some commented, "Are you trying to test the limits of my love", "Tell me it's a fake beard", "I love you but I can't love that beard!", etc.
Well, no matter what fans said, Jo In Sung confronted(?) them head on. He personally replied to the fans' comments, such as when one fan wrote, "You're dashing. You are but.. someone please pay him as soon as possible....". Jo In Sung hilariously clarified, "This is because I got paid."
When another fan wrote, "Oppa, you better go shave, or else," Jo In Sung wrote back, "I can't, even if it comes to the 'or else'."
One distressed(?) fan simply wrote, "Oppa...?", to which Jo In Sung replied, "It'll all explain itself once you watch the film."
It's suspected that Jo In Sung is currently sporting his mustache and beard combination for his character in the new film 'Hope' by director Na Hong Jin.
The actor continued to interact with his fans by leaving funny and witty comments to many complaints about his beard, such as when one fan said, "Why are you doing this sir... it's not a real mustache, is it...?". He said, "It's not a not real one either."
In response to another comment which read, "Is this some kind of midlife crisis..?", Jo In Sung observed, "Come on, it's not that bad," causing laughter.
