Michelle Dee, the reigning Miss Universe Philippines, will be competing in Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador. Michelle is an advocate for autism awareness and has been appointed the goodwill ambassador of Autism Society Philippines. She is also passionate about empowering and promoting inclusivity for LGBTQIA members.
