Borromeo finished as the third runner-up among 70 contestants, with Andrea Rubio from Venezuela winning the title. Borromeo expressed her appreciation for the support and thanked her followers, while her mother expressed gratitude to Borromeo's supporters. Borromeo cited her successful online voting campaign, which propelled her to the top of the Asia-Pacific region. Although she missed the crown, Borromeo was proud of her performance and proud to have represented the Philippines.
