A part of the lyrics of the title song 'FLOWER' of Jisoo has been released, drawing attention.
On March 27th, YG Entertainment posted a lyric poster for Jisoo's first solo album [ME] title song 'FLOWER' on its official blog.
With a poster of Jisoo staring at the camera with her head leaning where sunlight reaches. It shows a comfortable and cozy feeling that is quite different from the intense red or dark night mood that has been shown so far.
Here, part of the lyrics, "I left only the scent of flowers," was engraved at the top of the poster. Although it is short, the lyric beauty reminiscent of a verse of a poem is impressive. Here, the typography expressing 'flower' harmonized, raising expectations for Jisoo's unique musical world.
Jisoo will release his debut solo album [ME] on March 31st at 1 pm. [ME], the album with the largest production cost ever in Blackpink's history, reached a new record for a K-pop female solo artist by surpassing 950,000 pre-orders in about two weeks after pre-sale began on the 6th.
Meanwhile, Blackpink is currently conducting the largest world tour of K-pop girl groups, 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK]', which gathered about 1.5 million people.
