Amid reports that group BTS member J-Hope will enlist as an active duty soldier in the army next week, the agency declined to comment, saying, “It is difficult to confirm.”

On April 13th, an official from Big Hit Music told  "We ask for your understanding that it is difficult to confirm the date and location of J-Hope's enlistment."

Previously, News reported that J-Hope will be enlisted at the Army Division A Recruit Training Center located in Gangwon Province on April 18th.

On the 1st, the agency announced J-Hope's enlistment through the fan community. The agency said, "J-Hope plans to enlist as an active duty soldier in the army to fulfill his military service obligations."

Recently, J-Hope also revealed a picture of his hair cut short on his Instagram. This makes J-Hope the second person to enlist in the military after Jin.
