"I want to share the love I received from my fans with the childrens"

Thanks to his steady donations Felix, member of the group Stray Kids, was appointed as a member of the Honors Club of Save the Children, an international children's rights NGO. 

 According to Save the Children on March 7th, the relationship between Felix and Save the Children, which are practicing steady donations, began in 2020.

 In June 2020, Felix participated in the thread bracelet event to support the Save the Children overseas, and on September 15th of the same year, on his birthday, he released his sponsorship member confirmation starting with his personal regular sponsorship.  With this he is spreading its special influence in Korea and abroad by conveying its kind heart to the meal support for children from low-income families.

 Felix said, "I think all children deserve a chance. Stay (the name of the fan club) gave me strength, so I wanted to give a little love and hope to children who need help."

 Felix also admitted on social media that he directly purchased and used Red Voice goods introduced by Save the Children in 2021. The goods he chose is a phone case of 'LOVE RED' among the “Red Spirit Line” goods that contains the identity of Save the Children, it means to become a gentle mediator who looks at the world with love. In red letters the case include the phrase Love is Everything to me.

 Felix said, "Because I am greatly loved by my fans, I started regular sponsorship with the desire to share this love with children in need. Many fans pay attention to my expressions, actions, and songs, but they don't contribute strongly to society. However, I always thought that I wanted to do something helpful, and as a member of the Honors Club, I am very happy to be able to support children with more interest in Save the Children activities. I think the joy and meaning will grow if more people join us."  he revealed.

 Save the Children, through the 'Meal Support for Low-Income Families' project, supports undernourished children from low-income families who are not guaranteed the 'right to eat', providing them with healthy and balanced food and creating a hygienic environment. During the Corona 19 pandemic for two years from 2021, the project was conducted for 2,571 children from low-income families nationwide, and this year, along with the domestic children's meal support campaign, they  plan to support healthy meals for 635 households.

 On the other hand, Save the Children is operating the Honors Club, an individual major supporter group that spreads the influence of sharing to protect childrens nationally and abroad.  Individual sponsors who have sponsored more than 30 million won or pledged to sponsor within 3 years are eligible. Save the Children conducts personalized donation consulting for individual sponsors who have joined the Honors Club, planning and project reporting for domestic and foreign children's projects, volunteer activities in connection with child support projects, various events and educational programs, and networking between supporters.
