The court has upheld its decision in the appeal, favoring ATTRAKT.
According to a report by Spotv News on the 24th, Seoul High Court Civil Division 25-2 (Presiding Judge Kim Munseok, Judges Jung Jongkwan and Song Mikyung) rejected the appeal filed by members of FIFTY FIFTY - Saena, Sio, and Aran on the same day.
FIFTY FIFTY had previously filed for a preliminary injunction against their exclusive contract with their agency, ATTRAKT, and the court had rejected it on August 28th. The members disagreed and immediately filed an appeal. Among them, Keena canceled the appeal on the 16th and returned to the agency, ATTRAKT.
After rejecting the preliminary injunction request, the court also ruled in favor of ATTRAKT in the appeal, refusing to accept the members' claims of non-compliance with settlement obligations, among other issues.
