Members Saena (Jeong Sehyun), Sio (Jeong Jiho), and Aran (Jeong Eunah) are actively seeking a new agency after their departure.
Recently, the fan club (FIGHT FOR FIFI) of the three former FIFTY FIFTY members announced through official social media that they had contacted the legal team representing Saena, Sio, and Aran to inquire about how fans can support the ongoing legal disputes. The former members' lawyer conveyed a message from the trio, which they had permitted to be shared publicly to provide comfort and hope to their fans.
The legal team clarified that, as a result of the litigation, that both parties have mutually agreed to terminate their exclusive contracts. Consequently, they are no longer affiliated with ATTRAKT and thus, there is no immediate requirement for special legal support from fans.
The statement further added that the three members, Jeong Jiho, Jeong Sehyun, and Jeong Eunah, are focusing on recovering their health and diligently practicing while seeking a new agency. They continue to hold on to the hope of being influential artists who positively impact through their music and are committed to making a quick return to their fans. They ask for continued belief and support, even if the process feels slow.
Earlier, the group FIFTY FIFTY took legal action against ATTRAKT, their management company, to end their contracts. They claimed that unclear financial dealings and poor health care had broken their trust. But in August, the court decided not to proceed with their case, leading the members to appeal the decision.
One member, Keena (Song Jakyung), decided not to continue with the appeal and went back to ATTRAKT. She implied that Ahn Sung Il, a producer from their partner company, The Givers, caused the dispute. However, the other members, Saena, Sio, and Aran, disagreed, saying that ATTRAKT's mishandling of money and contracts was the real issue.
In turn, ATTRAKT filed a lawsuit against the three members, Ahn Sung Il, and Baek Jin Sil, as well as the members' parents, for breaking their contract and other illegal actions
