Recent reports reveal that girl group IVE has completed recording for their latest song and is gearing up for a comeback. Unlike previous albums, the group plans to focus solely on promoting one title song instead of opting for a double or triple title track strategy.
IVE made waves with their double title tracks "I Am" and "Kitsch" from their 'I've IVE' album in April last year. Later, in October, they showcased their versatility with the triple title songs "Baddie", "Either Way", and "Off the Record" from the 'I've Mine' album.
As one of the leading 4th generation girl groups, IVE enjoyed immense popularity with their multiple title tracks. However, there were concerns about the impact on their digital music performance due to the dispersion of focus across several songs.
With their upcoming album, IVE intends to channel their efforts into promoting a single title song. The decision comes amidst their hectic tour schedule, as they are currently embarking on their first world tour, '
Show What I Have', which has seen sold-out shows in Los Angeles and Auckland.
