BLACKPINK added a new Guinness World Record.

YG Entertainment announced on April 18th that BLACKPINK was officially listed in Guinness World Records as the ‘Most Viewed Music Channel on YouTube’.

On the 10th, YouTube's official channel accumulated 30.1 billion views, surpassing pop star Justin Bieber, who was previously the number one, to become the artist with the most views on YouTube.

Every time a new song is released, new subscribers steadily flow in, and now it has surpassed 86.9 million, firmly defending its throne.

With this, BLACKPINK set a new Guinness record for the 21st time in their career. Previously, they were 'the first female K-pop artist to top the album charts in the UK and the US' respectively, 'the most viewed YouTube video in 24 hours', and 'the most streamed artist on Spotify among girl groups worldwide'.
