BTS member Jimin heated up the ‘Jimmy Fallon Show’.
On March 23rd local time, Jimin appeared on NBC’s ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ for the first time as a solo artist. Jimin appeared amidst cheers with Fallon's introduction, "The first solo debut album 'FACE' of Jimin from BTS, a global pop music icon, has been released."
On this day, Jimin commented on the fact that BTS was nominated a total of 5 times at the Grammy Awards, saying, “We were able to get nominated thanks to the fans who supported us. “I am always grateful to all my fans,” he said. “Since I became interested in dancing in middle school, it has always been my dream and goal to stand on stage.”
Also, when asked about his favorite nickname, Jimin wittily replied, “Jimin Fallon.”
Regarding his first solo album ‘FACE’, Jimin said, “It is an album that summarizes my emotions while going through a pandemic and looking back at the emotions I felt in that situation in chronological order. If many people sympathize with it, I think I can happily accept it.”
Afterward, the interview was finished with a dance move that matched the title song ‘Like Crazy’ with Fallon.
